OPP use stun gun in arrest of youth

This incident happened four!! days ago. The OPP waited FOUR days to announce that they used a taser on a 16-year-old in Napanee, Ontario. Along with a laundry list of charges, most of which will likely be dropped. My sniff tester is peaking.
