Calgary police use Taser on man in city's northeast (aka police use torture mode)

Calgary Herald
A man is in hospital this morning after being tasered by police at a business in the city's northeast.
The man entered a car dealership around 7:30 a.m., ranting, threatening staff and refusing to leave, police say. “He was very, very agitated, saying he was the devil and that he was going to kill us all,” said a staff member.
Staff called police and tried to calm the man before help arrived a few minutes later.
The man resisted police and sat behind the wheel of a car, staff say.
Officers used a “dry stun” on the suspect, which means the taser’s probes weren’t launched.
The man was taken to hospital as a precaution.
Police are investigating.
