In memory of our brother and son, Robert Bagnell,
who died moments after being tasered by police in Vancouver, British Columbia on June 23, 2004. Bob was the 7th Canadian to die and the 110th in North America.
This is incredibly sad. He was screaming that he was going into cardiac arrest after he was tased. And then they pushed him FACE DOWN on a gurney! There were many suspicious circumstances in this case. I knew this man and he was no drug addict and certainly not insane.
So true. Joshua was an acomplished classical pianist as well as a small business owner. He wasn't insane nor was he on drugs. This whole thing stinks. He was an extremely compassionate person who would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. What a discrace that he should have died like this.
Joshua was a great friend and I worked with him from time to time, he indeed would give you the shirt off his back. He was a great human being and he will be missed.
