In memory of our brother and son, Robert Bagnell,
who died moments after being tasered by police in Vancouver, British Columbia on June 23, 2004. Bob was the 7th Canadian to die and the 110th in North America.
HE WAS 35 AND HE WAS MY COUSIN GOING THREW SOME MENTAL STUFF THE DOCTOR CHANGED HIS PERSCIPTIONS ON HIM AND IT MADE HIM WORST BUT HE DIDNT NEED TO DIE BY THESE TRIGGER HAPPY COPS STUN GUNS ARE NOT SAFE
The sheriffs say "my son assaulted them, and they used the taser on him because they were fighting for their lives" Well, he tried to back into our home, and told the sheriffs they were scaring him. He tried to shut the door, but they rammed it opened and tasered him. In the cheek, and the right nipple. We miss him so much! His dog misses him so much too. He was very kind, and gentle. That was why I knew the medication was not working, because he was always so kind and gentle. He had raised his voice. That was all. Even, that was out of his normal character. very sincerely,
