In memory of our brother and son, Robert Bagnell,
who died moments after being tasered by police in Vancouver, British Columbia on June 23, 2004. Bob was the 7th Canadian to die and the 110th in North America.
Kevin LaDay autopsy report stated that he died from an accidential pcp overdose. He ate it when he was running from the police. It wasen't the taser that killed him. It was his own stupidity for trying not to get caught with drugs.
