In memory of our brother and son, Robert Bagnell,
who died moments after being tasered by police in Vancouver, British Columbia on June 23, 2004. Bob was the 7th Canadian to die and the 110th in North America.
The man was ARMED WITH A SQUEEGEE!! And "Cmdr. Spike Hopkins said deputies found a wrench in the man's vehicle and determined the suspect was dangerous."
Jose Anibal Amaro, was my cousin our family misses him very much this didnt have to happen it was a crule act, no one should die this way....the police are out of control
