VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) - The Braidwood Inquiry is back on again today after a break. Three witnesses are expected to testify, including Corporal Nycki Basra, who was the media relations officer for the Richmond Mounties the night Robert Dziekanski died at Y.V.R. But before they take the stand, Commissioner Thomas Braidwood is expected to rule whether Dziekanski's medical records can be added to the evidence. Lawyers for the R.C.M.P. may claim Dziekanski had an unusual heart rhythm that could have affected what happened when he was hit by five jolts from a Mounties' Taser in October 2007.
