SIU investigators are done gathering evidence and conducting interviews in the case of a local man who died in police custody. Investigators with the province's Special Investigations Unit are called in when someone dies or is seriously injured with in police custody. 36 year old Jeffery Marreel who collapsed after an incident involving a taser last month and later died at Norfolk General Hospital. It will likely be several weeks before any findings and a final report come forward.
