A Monroe [North Caroline] father is accused of using a Taser gun on his son three times. 30-year-old Donald Ricci was arrested for felony child abuse. Police said he shocked his son on the buttocks, back, and chest late last year. Just a few weeks ago, the 10-year-old boy's grandparents took him to the doctor for an unrelated reason. The doctor saw the infected wounds and alerted police.
