In memory of our brother and son, Robert Bagnell,
who died moments after being tasered by police in Vancouver, British Columbia on June 23, 2004. Bob was the 7th Canadian to die and the 110th in North America.
I think that Patrick's death was swept under the rug just a bit...The fact he was tasered 19 times, times 50,00 volts had no bearing on his death.I guess (they) will label it excited delirium?I think the 8 or 10 officers could not grab hold of a 140lb. naked man. so they just killed him instead....what a waste..
